Job Summary

We are seeking a Guest Service Associate/Cashier to join our team. As a Guest Service Associate/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Operate a cash register and handle cash, lottery tickets, and other transactions
  • Complete shift reports and maintain accurate records
  • Clean and maintain the store, including windows, floors, bathrooms, and trash containers
  • Stock shelves and coolers with merchandise
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Conduct gasoline tank inventory and check product deliveries
  • Perform yard maintenance and light equipment maintenance
  • Merchandise products and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Communicate effectively with associates and guests
  • Count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork
Requirements
  • Wear the required store uniform
  • Be available to work weekend, evening shifts, and holidays
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Attend mandatory meetings, including T.A.M. and sexual harassment training
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of 1 to 15 lbs
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
  • Reach above shoulder height and bend below waist
  • Be able to freely access all areas of the store
  • Move quickly around the store
