Core Responsibilities:
- Developing processes for effective project communication and tracking utilizing spreadsheets (Excel) and project management tools
- Designing communication templates for project and organizational policy documentation
- Collaborating with the marketing team to produce promotional materials and communications that align with project and organizational goals, including PowerPoint presentations and surveys
- Overseeing operational tasks such as invoicing, platform management, contract administration, and research support for project and internal teams
- Coordinating the internal organization of project materials and scheduling meetings
- Conducting research and monitoring initiatives related to renewable energy, greenhouse gas emissions, and climate leadership
- Facilitating collaboration with both internal and external project teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant office experience
- Demonstrated experience and interest in document formatting, template creation, and utilizing spreadsheets and tracking tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Prior experience in a nonprofit setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications, Zoom, Salesforce, and Asana is advantageous
