Cryoworks Inc. is seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules and inventories to ensure effective communication between all departments and on-time delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan production to ensure 100% on-time delivery as promised to the customer.
  • Develop, track, and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on capacity.
  • Coordinate and effectively communicate daily priorities necessary for satisfactory delivery and shipment execution.
  • Perform capacity planning for long-term mid-term planning 3-month horizon to ensure satisfactory delivery and shipment performance.
  • Participate in forecasting meetings with sales, marketing, and other related departments.
  • Effectively communicate and escalate areas of concern to appropriate departments, individuals, and/or suppliers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales, logistics, engineering, and manufacturing departments.
  • Proactively plan materials to support resourcing and outsourcing projects.
  • Collaborate with departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to serve client or customer needs best.
  • Periodically compare current and anticipated orders with available inventory of raw materials.
  • Integrate sales orders with master schedule.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving/decision-making skills.
  • Ability to make timely, effective, fact-based decisions.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to perform and produce results in multifunctional teams.
  • Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships and influence up, down, and across organizational lines.
  • 2 years experience in manufacturing or warehousing operations required.
  • Bachelor's in Engineering or related field preferred.
