  • Adhere to department and Vanguard standards for acceptable application performance. Review configuration parameters to optimize system performance and maximize uptime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues escalated from users. Provide guidance and consultation as needed. Update, write, and maintain departmental documentation.
  • Conduct systems analysis, including system requirements analysis and definition, and logical design.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
