Job Title: Mobile Crisis Specialist II

Job Summary:

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Mobile Crisis Specialist II to provide crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health crises. The successful candidate will work as part of a mobile crisis team to assess and respond to crisis situations, providing support and resources to individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health crises
* Work as part of a mobile crisis team to assess and respond to crisis situations
* Provide support and resources to individuals and their families
* Collaborate with other crisis team members and community resources to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of crisis interventions

Requirements:

* Master's degree in a behavioral health or related field
* 1 year of experience in a behavioral health field
* Special skills in assessing, triaging, and treating suicidality; crisis intervention; effective oral and written communication skills; problem solving/decision making/clinical judgment; time management; computer/electronic medical record knowledge
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Adaptability and initiative
* CPR/First aid and CPI certified
