Licensed Practical Nurse

About the Role
As an LPN at MultiCare, you will work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and outcomes. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible healthcare outcomes for patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
- You will provide age-appropriate care utilizing your nursing education and knowledge of growth, development, and aging.
- You will deliver daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups.
- You will assist the care team in implementing the nursing process, leveraging your strong interpersonal skills.
- A graduate of an accredited school or equivalent qualifying experience.
- A current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS).
- A current BLS certification.
- A license to pass medications may be required.
- Prior experience as an LPN in an acute care setting within the last three years is preferred.
- Current experience in the assigned specialty or successful completion of a specialty-focused residency post-hire.
- Successful completion of appropriate competencies for the assigned specialty.
We offer a competitive salary range of $27.86 - $40.08 USD per hour, depending on experience.
