Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at MUSC Community Physicians. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, working collaboratively with medical staff, and participating in data collection, plan formulation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign measurements, wound care, and medication administration
- Conduct telephone and in-person screenings, gathering information to inform patient care decisions
- Assist medical staff with preparation, examination, and procedures, ensuring accurate documentation of patient information
- Participate in recording and reporting responsibilities, maintaining accurate and consistent records in accordance with established policies and procedures
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Graduation from a recognized LPN program and licensure as an LPN in South Carolina or a compact state
- One year of LPN experience preferred; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Compensation:The estimated salary range for this position is $ $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances.
