Metallurgical Engineer

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Metallurgical Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing metal properties, developing new alloys, and ensuring product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of metal properties and behaviors under various conditions.
Research and Development: Develop new metal alloys and improve existing materials to enhance performance and reduce costs.
Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet industry standards and client specifications.
Failure Analysis: Investigate and analyze metal failures to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Process Optimization: Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product consistency.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to production teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, technical documents, and presentations on findings and recommendations.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in metallurgical engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in metallurgical testing and analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools.
Compensation: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
