Coconut Cove is a premier indoor entertainment venue designed for children aged 0 to 12. Our facility features a variety of interactive play structures that promote fun and active play. We host birthday celebrations, family gatherings, and provide a safe space for children to explore and enjoy.

The Guest Services Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves managing sales transactions, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will greet visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers upon arrival
  • Provide information about our facilities and services
  • Support birthday party arrangements and services
  • Communicate and enforce play area rules
  • Process sales and manage cash register operations
  • Prepare food items, including pizzas, for our café
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including restrooms and play zones
  • Restock supplies and manage inventory as needed
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children and families
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Effective communication skills
  • Dependable and committed to maintaining a positive work environment
  • Must obtain a food handler's permit upon hiring
