About the Job

At Quality Talent Group, we're seeking a skilled Roving Personal Banker to join our team in the North Central region. As a Roving Personal Banker, you'll provide exceptional customer service and support across various branch locations within the region. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their banking needs, including opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. You'll also be responsible for maintaining cash drawers, handling cash transactions, and balancing cash and other financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support across multiple branch locations within the North Central region.
• Assist customers with their banking needs, including opening new accounts and submitting credit applications.
• Maintain cash drawers, handle cash transactions, and balance cash and other financial transactions.
• Develop relationships with customers and provide them with exceptional service.
• Work closely with other team members to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
• Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
