Position Summary:
The role involves collaborating with fellow technicians and working independently to execute installations and service requests. The technician is accountable for the prompt completion of assigned daily tasks and documentation. Additionally, the technician is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the assigned vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intricate audio/video installations, setups, and calibrations
  • Design control systems (lighting/shading) and install theater rooms
  • Set up and install satellite/cable systems
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting for both simple and complex systems
  • Design, install, and set up advanced networking/data systems
  • Program advanced systems completely (Control Brand)
  • Complete training for (Brand) (lighting/shading)
  • Support legacy and/or third-party products and systems
  • Thorough understanding of multi-room systems and configurations
  • Advanced knowledge of security system programming and design
  • In-depth understanding of Bose single-room and multi-room solutions
  • Hold CEDIA ESTIII and Control4 Tech 2 certifications
  • Complete Academy training
  • Finish ProSource University within the first year of employment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Ability to participate in a rotating on-call service schedule
  • Proficient in all senior-level qualifications
  • Assist in the training and evaluation of technicians up to senior level
  • Excellent skills with desktop and mobile technology
  • Clean driving record and background check (required for certification)
  • A minimum of 3 years of field experience is required
