RV Orientation Specialist Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly RV Orientation Specialist to join our team at Pete's RV Center. As an integral part of our Service department, you will assist both the sales and service departments with customer service, handling all RV orientation walk-throughs and assisting customers with additional accessories to enhance their camping experience.

**Responsibilities:**

* Work closely with the Service and Sales Managers to schedule sold RVs for final delivery
* Take the purchaser on a final tour of the RV, demonstrating the use of equipment and components
* Go through the inspection checklist with the purchaser
* Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards
* Recommend RV accessories that will enhance our clients' RVing experience
* Recommend additional needed and value-added services
* Ensure all correct parts have been charged and if necessary re-priced
* Keep abreast of all factories recalls and announcements
* Maintain all service and client records as required by the warrantor
* Periodically check on the progress of the RV pre-delivery inspection throughout the day and promptly update the client regarding any changes in the readiness of the RV time
* Comply with and enforce all safety policies and procedures
* Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
* Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories to better assist customer needs
* Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership's standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals
