Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Office Coordinator to join our team at Emerson Hospital. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our cardiologists and practice manager, performing a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our medical office.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date files.

· Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

· Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.

· Collaborate with the practice manager and cardiologists to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate of a Medical Assistant/Secretary program preferred.

· One to three years of experience in an administrative or medical office setting, with a strong background in customer service and communication.

· Medical Assistant certification preferred.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Familiarity with electronic medical records and practice management software.

· Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
