Job Description

The Chief Operations Officer for Process Technologies and Manufacturing will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes by analyzing data, optimizing workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring product quality. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to drive change and manage complexity while leading multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.Communicate project status to senior management and establish project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with applicable Quality System requirements, Environmental Health and Safety, and equipment design standards.Hire and develop talented individuals who fit the company culture and can execute projects.Manage department financials, projects, physical resources, and personnel.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in the industry, with at least 5 years of direct people management experience.
  • Experience in Design for Manufacturability and Six Sigma tools.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to drive change, manage complexity, and lead multiple projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive total compensation package, including a salary range of $163,000-$245,000, depending on skills, experience, and location. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, pre-tax and Roth 401k options, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, employer contributions toward health savings accounts, and a competitive PTO balance.
