About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Roers Development, Construction and Property Management. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks on construction sites, ensuring a smooth project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain construction sites, including cleaning up debris, setting up equipment, and arranging materials.
  • Assist craft workers in their tasks, providing support and ensuring the project is completed on time.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and reporting incidents promptly.
  • Lift, move, and handle heavy materials, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the project.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in construction or related field preferred.
  • Able to lift 75 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
  • Frequent standing, kneeling, and lifting required; ability to work in variable weather conditions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions and directions.
