Senior Construction Role at Civil Science
Do you have a passion for civil engineering and leadership? Civil Science is seeking an experienced Construction Lead Inspector/EIT to join our team in North Dakota. As a senior member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing civil construction projects, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and driving business results.

This dynamic role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including three weeks of PTO, eight holidays, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short/long-term disability, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K plan. Additionally, as an employee-owner, you will be part of a collaborative culture that values excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction management and/or inspection.
