Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth strategy. Collaborating closely with Sales representatives and management, your primary responsibility will be to identify and research potential new accounts.

Utilizing various sourcing tools, including professional networking platforms, you will map out key stakeholders within target organizations and leverage your understanding of Third Bridge’s offerings to craft effective strategies for engagement.

With the backing of your supportive team, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and the specific needs of our clients, enabling you to anticipate future investment solution requirements.

Your responsibilities will encompass scheduling and participating in discussions with representatives and prospects, providing assistance throughout the entire sales process. This may involve conducting trials, delivering product demonstrations, and compiling notes to document interactions.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in a commercial or sales environment, demonstrating readiness to contribute effectively from day one.

You should be enthusiastic about the financial services sector, eager to gain insights into the sales lifecycle, and committed to mastering the art of selling investment research and solutions.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is a natural curiosity that drives you to understand customer needs swiftly.

Being organized and methodical will enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, engaging with various prospects at different stages of the sales process.

Resilience and Persistence: You will approach every outreach with determination, recognizing that success often requires multiple attempts.

We seek individuals who are ambitious and eager to learn, viewing this role as a stepping stone in their sales career. You will immerse yourself in the investment landscape, utilizing resources provided by Third Bridge to enhance your knowledge and effectiveness.

Additional Information

Compensation: $60,000 plus OTE and benefits.

Vacation: 15 days, increasing to 20 days after two years of service, plus public holidays.
