Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Iovance Biotherapeutics Inc team. This role will play a crucial part in driving commercial insights and analytics to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial analytics projects to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the organization.
  • Implement automation to empower the organization to scale efficiently and flexibly.
  • Report on proposals, roadmaps, solutions, and project updates to leadership regularly.
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners to ensure team success and attainment of business objectives.
  • Create structured and ad hoc reports to assess key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendor partners on strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain sales roster and calculate incentive compensation for field teams.
  • Analyze disparate commercial data to synthesize and generate insights.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, engaging, and development-focused culture across the broader Global Analytics and Commercial Operations team.
Requirements
  • BA, BS degree required. A degree in business, science, or engineering preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary to deliver high-quality analytics and reports to leadership.
  • Have Business Intelligence experience in data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, data enrichment, and storytelling.
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and effectively cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working at a US pharmaceutical/biotech firm.
  • At least six months of work experience in a quantitative environment, inclusive of internships.
  • Experience analyzing pharmaceutical sales and marketing data, such as insurance claims.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and R.
Work Environment

This role operates in a professional workplace or remote office environment and requires standard office equipment and keyboards. Employees who work remotely are expected to maintain their workspace and environment safely and free from safety hazards.
