At MillenniumSoft, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the functional operations of our SAGE operational system and ensuring seamless integration with our SAP ERP System.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in identifying and evaluating system solutions and procedures that meet user requirements.
- Participate in analysis of business requirements, cross-functional information dependencies, and systems impacts.
- Document business system processes and maintain close working relationships with business partners to ensure effective system functionality.
- Explore enhancements and other functionalities of the business system to maximize efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific, technical, or business discipline with a minimum of 1 year experience working in computer databases.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office and proficiency with MS Excel and/or other similar databases.
- Basic understanding of ERP Systems functionality.
- Familiarity with structured phase-gate product development and portfolio management processes preferred.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated results-oriented capabilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
