Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program or equivalent.
  • Current certification as a Medical Assistant or licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly in family practice, is preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
