  • Collaborative Projects: Work alongside the Vice President of F&A and the Chief Communication and Marketing Officer to develop and disseminate communications for significant projects, such as the Milne Library launch.
  • Website Management: Formulate and implement a plan for the F&A website and social media channels to improve service delivery and ensure professional presentation.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to generate content for office webpages and electronic signage, promoting transparency and alignment with campus goals.
  • Poster Layout Design: Design poster layouts for construction areas while adhering to established guidelines.
