About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. in NW Houston. As a Dialysis Experienced RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
  • Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs (Patient Care Technicians)
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Dialysis experience required from any setting or modality
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
