About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Experienced RN in NW Houston. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Dialysis experience required from any setting or modality
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
