About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with dialysis experience to join our team at DaVita Inc. in NW Houston. As a Dialysis Experienced RN, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in nephrology care.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to ensure efficient and safe patient care.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Dialysis experience required from any setting or modality.
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience preferred.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus.
