## Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team in Anchorage, AK. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to our patients with end-stage renal disease.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with end-stage renal disease
* Utilize the nursing process to assess individual patient needs, develop and implement a plan of care, and evaluate and revise as needed
* Educate patients and families on dialysis treatment options, medication management, and self-care techniques
* Collaborate with physicians, ancillary services, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

## Qualifications

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the State of Alaska
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records
