We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team at Liberty Dialysis - Dimond. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD)
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary services, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (A.D.N. or nursing diploma required)
- Ability to license in the State of Alaska
- Leadership ability and organizational skills
- Computer software knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to understand and implement government standards
- Strong belief in quality patient care and maximizing clinical performance measures for each patient
