Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Insight Global.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Management: Install, configure and upgrade software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Phone Support: Provide timely assistance to customers via phone, addressing their technical issues and concerns.
  • PC/Laptop Refreshes and Configuration: Refresh and configure PCs/laptops to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Hardware Installation and Configuration: Install and configure monitors, network equipment, printers, scanners, and other hardware to support our operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • TS/SCI Clearance: You must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Security+ Certification: A Security+ certification is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is necessary.
  • Help Desk Experience: At least 2 years of experience in help desk support.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
