Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Proposal Development Project Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of proposals and marketing materials for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data for use in marketing materials
  • Build and maintain a library of marketing materials
  • Report and monitor results of new business and retained business efforts
  • Work with marketing leadership and producers to create and execute client-specific marketing plans
  • Provide support and assistance in market research, marketing literature development, and database management
  • Coordinate graphics production of proposals, projects, and marketing literature
  • Research prospects, industries, and trends to add to proposals and support marketing initiatives
  • Draft compelling sales documents based on research and producer insight
  • Assist with writing, editing, and coordinating RFP responses

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage work within multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, InDesign, and database management systems
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word
