### Qualifications

* Experience in civil engineering, specifically in the construction industry.
* Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and best practices, specifically in water, wastewater, and hydraulic systems.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of construction laws and regulations, as well as a commitment to staying up-to-date with changes in the field.
* Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure and adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
