Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a CRM system to manage each client's financial status, objectives, cash flow, and monetary expectations for their personalized financial plan.
  • Adopt a research-driven approach to deliver financial guidance and strategies based on educational sessions and/or seminars tailored to client risk tolerance and financial ambitions.
  • Evaluate each client's potential life and financial requirements to develop a customized financial plan that incorporates our products and services.
  • Assist clients in executing financial recommendations, including life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial solutions.
  • Employ social media and various marketing tools to identify, pursue, and cultivate prospects, fostering enduring relationships as a trusted financial service professional.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively network and prospect for new clients.
  • Strong relationship management skills are essential.
  • Unwavering integrity and the capability to communicate complex programs and concepts effectively are required.
