Job Title: Sales Representative - South Dakota

Stine Seed Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in South Dakota. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our dealers and customers in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Stine seed products and services.
  • Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales.
  • Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory.
  • Work in conjunction with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
  • Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers.
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills.
  • Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision to meet established goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values.
