Job Summary

As a critical member of the Sparks Wiz Limited team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing technology infrastructure and systems to ensure alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems and Application Support: Provide technical support for internal IT systems and applications, ensuring the stability and performance of software applications used by engineering and consulting teams.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, and monitor system performance to implement necessary upgrades or changes.
  • Project Implementation: Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to identify technology needs and develop IT solutions, participating in the planning, testing, and implementation of new IT systems or upgrades.
  • Data Management and Security: Ensure data integrity, security, and backup processes are in place and functioning correctly, implementing and enforcing IT security policies and procedures to protect company and client data.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures, developing user guides and training materials to support end-users in effectively utilizing IT resources.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on software applications, IT tools, and best practices, addressing and resolving user issues and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or a related role, preferably within an engineering or consulting environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT systems, including operating systems, networking, and applications, familiarity with database management and IT security practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support a diverse range of IT needs.
