Job Overview

Position Objective: The primary role of the Client Services Coordinator is to consistently maintain a professional demeanor by delivering exceptional customer support and providing overall guidance to both team members and clients. This position also encompasses administrative responsibilities and facility management as outlined.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle a substantial volume of incoming calls promptly and efficiently.


• Communicate effectively and engage proactively with all staff on a daily basis.


• Adhere to all established communication protocols while managing incoming inquiries.


• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all promotional initiatives and marketing strategies.


• Relay any significant information regarding clients to the Stylist and Management Teams.


• Address Client Concerns – engage with clients to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and propose mutually beneficial solutions.


• Comply with all organizational policies and procedures.


• Foster a positive and welcoming experience for every client interaction.
