Position: Sanitation Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee sanitation personnel to execute routine cleaning tasks on machinery and facilities
  • Evaluate workspaces to guarantee compliance with sanitation and quality regulations
  • Procure essential tools for operational needs and uphold responsibility
  • Engage in inspections and implement corrective measures as necessary
  • Inform team members of equipment cleaning downtime
  • Recognize and tackle opportunities for waste minimization
  • Deliver training on protocols and guidelines
  • Facilitate team discussions to assess objectives and address challenges
  • Promote staff participation in problem-solving and ongoing enhancement
  • Conduct evaluations and training workshops

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand, sit, and ascend stairs as required
  • Capability to bend, stoop, and lift weights up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production setting, with a preference for sanitation experience. Knowledge of pest management is advantageous.

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $88,000
