Job Overview

About the Role
  • Salary: $38,000 - $74,000 per year
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and conversion rates
  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve company objectives
  • Training and Development: Provide regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching meetings to enhance agent skills and knowledge
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Real Estate Experience: Previous experience in the real estate industry, either with a license or working towards one
  • Clients Services: Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in a coaching, advisory, or mentoring role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
