Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive risk management solutions and loss control services to our policyholders in the New York/New England region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring service plans are in place and surveys are completed.
• Identify high-risk accounts and work closely with Underwriting to inform them of progress and changes.
• Schedule and complete worksite visits to evaluate environments, identify risks, and produce thorough documentation of findings and recommendations.
• Monitor policyholder loss activity and develop strategies for mitigation.
• Apply technical knowledge to assist policyholders in developing key objectives to improve safety and loss control in the workplace, providing consultative and training services to support their goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and training resource for internal business partners and external customers, conducting onsite training as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health & Sciences, Engineering, Hard Sciences, or related discipline.
• Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Graduate Safety Professional (GSP), Occupational Safety and Health Technologist (OHST), Associate of Risk Management (ARM), or similar certification, preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / 365 suite of applications and ability to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary and vended software applications.
• Valid drivers license in good standing with the jurisdiction of issuance required.
