Healthcare Services Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Services Pharmacist to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will play a critical role in providing clinical services to patients, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Experience:
- Engage patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolve patient issues in a timely manner and answer questions to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Model and share patient service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and joyful experience.
- Operations:
- Provide clinical services to patients, such as immunizations or MTM interventions, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the use of all elements of the Good Faith Dispensing policy in conjunction with state and federal controlled substance laws when filling prescriptions.
- Training & Personal Development:
- Maintain current knowledge and required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations to provide such clinical services.
- Maintain current knowledge and skills related to pharmacy and healthcare by reading pharmacy-related journals, company publications, and communications.
- Obtain necessary certifications, education credits, and training, including learning modules, as required by the Company.
