- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and mobility.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Document patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment decisions.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on adaptive techniques and strategies.
- 2+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care setting.
- EPIC training and experience preferred.
