Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Clinical Document Improvement Specialist to join our team as a travel nurse RN. This is a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the Case Management team to facilitate quality patient care and integrate various aspects of service delivery.
- Identify patients who meet criteria for case management services using a screening and assessment process.
- Communicate necessary information to stakeholders and educate patients and families.
- Plan effectively to meet patient needs, manage authorizations, and promote efficient utilization of resources.
- Maintain reliable systems to document, track, and monitor assigned cases.
- 2 years of utilization review experience required.
- BSN preferred.
- Driver's license required.
