  • Ensure accurate recording of medical and administrative information in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and submit the Daily Census Report to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
  • Communicate changes in residents' conditions to their responsible parties as directed.
  • Facilitate the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents, including arranging transportation and assisting with their belongings.
  • Assist in completing necessary medical and administrative documentation during admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Implement innovative healthcare solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes for superior outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid RN license is mandatory.
  • Must demonstrate compassion, dedication, and a commitment to excellence in care.
