Job Title: Associate Manager Project Management

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong project management background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Associate Manager Project Management, you'll be responsible for managing a small team, developing and implementing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in managing teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
