Our client, a mid-sized General Contractor, is based in downtown Northern Kentucky and has an excellent track record resulting from successful projects, incredible company culture, and phenomenal growth. They are looking to bring on a successful Project Manager to grow into a Senior position. They have a strong emphasis on a positive attitude and want to grow their team with strong construction professionals.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, focusing on interior renovations. You will oversee project scope, budget, and timeline, ensuring work aligns with company standards and client expectations. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution. You will conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality assurance. You will facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. You will prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, change orders, and budgets. You will identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. You will review and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes specific to interior projects. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a focus on interior renovations. You will have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You will be proficient in project management software and have knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Kentucky. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
