Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and assign work for maintenance team members using the MP2 CMMS system.
- Conduct performance reviews and develop skill development plans for night shift team members.
- Promote personal development by identifying training needs and collaborating with site leadership to fund and schedule training.
- Audit team members to ensure adherence to Safe Work Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and training instructions.
- Lead root cause analysis and preventative actions for safety and quality-related issues.
- Collaborate with operations team managers and area managers to maintain consistent expectations on the night shift.
- Support 5-S, housekeeping, ELS projects, and recycling programs.
- Resolve process and training-related problems with other functional areas and develop improved manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in maintenance management or supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to enforce adherence to safety practices, policies, and procedures.
- Problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and dependability to support production and customer focus.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of maintenance supervision and/or management experience.
- Track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project management and time management skills.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing processes.
