About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our Tiffany & Co. store in Salt Lake City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the in-store experience and drive customer engagement.
- Manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of sales generation and managing sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

- College/university degree.
