About This Role

We are seeking a Dynamic Partnership Development Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of partner accounts. The ideal candidate cares about the details and perfecting their craft, raises their hand to help teammates, and is a sponge when it comes to learning more about best-in-class activations and their partners' business and brand marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the management, maintenance, renewal, and growth of high profile accounts which includes the implementation of partnership assets, the creation and activation of promotions, oversight of hospitality packages, community programs, media, and signage.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for various accounts and initiatives.
  • Establish relationships with both sponsors and media partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partnership Development and Partner Solutions teams to ensure that inventory is accurately incorporated into renewal/upsell packages.
  • Present ideas and opportunities to help grow the business of each partner by staying current on goals, objectives and the competitive corporate landscape in the market regionally, nationally, and globally.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-4 years of partnership account management required.
  • Sports industry experience preferred. Agency experience a plus.
  • Proven record of hitting goals/budgets.
  • Advanced skills Microsoft Office Suite required; proficiency with Salesforce CRM highly preferred.

A strong ability to manage one's own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives is also necessary.

Travel Requirements

May be required to travel on rare occasions. Salary Range $65,000 - $75,000 base salary. Work Environment: Works primarily in an office environment but is expected to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends and holidays.
