About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Calcium+Company. This is a dynamic position that requires a strong understanding of client strategies and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, providing expert consulting services on brand and advertising needs.
  • Take ownership of complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Build and present compelling presentations to showcase agency expertise and drive business growth.
  • Mentor and lead multi-functional teams, promoting collaboration and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to enhance brand planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the advertising industry.
  • At least 1 year of Account Executive experience in an agency setting is required.
  • Strong professional presence, with positive inspirational qualities that motivate internal teams and evoke ease and confidence in clients.
  • Possesses superior verbal and written communication skills, both with clients and internal brand teams.
  • Positive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to mindfully manage deadlines, multiple tasks, and challenges.
  • Willingness to travel (locally and nationally) up to 25% of the time.
