Job Summary

The Restorative Care Specialist provides personalized care and services to assigned residents, adhering to their assessment and care plan. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering restorative nursing care and services in accordance with resident needs
  • Collaborating with therapists to establish restorative goals and interventions
  • Monitoring equipment and supplies to ensure availability and functionality
  • Documenting daily, weekly, and monthly progress according to restorative program guidelines
  • Providing care in accordance with the restorative aide assignment sheet
Requirements

To be successful as a Restorative Care Specialist, you must have:

  • A valid CNA certification in good standing with the State
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
  • Flexibility to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Capacity to assist in resident evacuations during emergency situations
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and professional development within our organization.
