- Provide uncompromising service, exceeding client expectations in every interaction and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Set up, monitor, and tear down equipment for new installations and specialized treatments, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Respond quickly and professionally to client complaints and service requests, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Work a flexible schedule as needed to meet client expectations, managing your route and schedule to address urgent and unscheduled services in a timely manner.
- Drive and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized company service vehicle according to Sprague and DOT standards.
- Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materials in company vehicle, ensuring a smooth and efficient work process.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in pest control, route sales, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record required.
- 2+ years of experience in route sales, merchandising, dispatching, or logistics; experience in pest control, landscaping, agriculture, or food production a plus.
- Attention to detail and high standards of work quality essential.
- Hunger for knowledge and professional development required.

- Competitive hourly wage ($20-25/hour) plus performance bonus and commission.
