The Systems Application Engineer plays a crucial role in understanding and translating customer needs into actionable requirements while ensuring our products meet stringent quality standards. This position demands strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a global team to deliver application engineering support.
  • Engage with customers to manage product and project requirements effectively.
  • Identify and troubleshoot systems application challenges in partnership with clients.
  • Relay customer insights and requirements to our design and production teams.
  • Draft comprehensive system-level design specifications.
  • Develop and implement test plans based on documented requirements.
  • Oversee and maintain all operational systems and infrastructure.
  • Diagnose issues and propose enhancements for system performance.
  • Work alongside executives and stakeholders to clarify business needs and resolve issues.
  • Create detailed process documentation and instructional materials.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the development of electrical or electronic products.
  • Experience in computer systems engineering and analysis.
  • A creative problem solver with a proactive approach.
  • A strong commitment to research and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of battery protection modules and safety regulations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with Lithium or other battery technologies.
