As an Elementary Education Specialist, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission by creating engaging and effective learning experiences that promote the intellectual, emotional, physical, and social development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive and age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize diverse teaching methodologies to cater to various learning styles.
  • Prepare instructional materials and assess student performance through grading and feedback.
  • Address academic challenges and behavioral issues with students in a constructive manner.
  • Track student progress and readiness for future academic endeavors.
  • Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding student development and concerns.
  • Foster positive relationships with families to enhance student learning.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for all students and staff.
  • Keep accurate records of student attendance, incidents, and other essential documentation.
  • Supervise students during transitions and non-instructional periods.
  • Engage in professional development through meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and trends in elementary education.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the school community.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree along with appropriate certification. We encourage candidates to hold a Certificate of Eligibility, and our leadership team is available to assist in obtaining full certification as required. Applicants should demonstrate cultural awareness, effective communication skills with diverse populations, mastery of subject matter, teamwork capabilities, and a strong understanding of child development principles.
